5 StarsHoly mother of cliffhangers Batman Fuck this blows But apart from that, I loved it Mild Spoilers There are a couple things I don t understand, however How does a colony of about 200 residents not know everyone fairly well Especially since it is an island without new people coming and the old leaving Why don t they raise the kids to hunt so that it becomes a common skill It would give those who are chosen for the rotation a better chance of bring food home.
Why don t they also raise the children to know a trade trades from a young age That way everyone has a secure future, and the colony would benefit greatly.
FREE on today 2 13 2018 The hype around this book is what pulled me in and then constantly seeing it everywhere in my feeds is what pushed me to finally buy my own copy With that being said I m sad to say that I wasn t head over heels about it Yes, the story pulled me in and kept me interested but it just wasn t quite what I had in mind I think one of the big reasons why I feel kind of meh about this book is because of certain things not being told to us like, how did night walkers reveal themselves to the world How did the virus begin What year is it All I know about this stuff is that the world ended around eighty years ago I would love to learn of how this world ended beside that the virus happened and once it was over the ones that survived went back to the city to burn it down to make sure the virus couldn t infect anyone else I think another thing that
